Early Logos: When Instagram first launched (2010), it had a very realistic design resembling a Polaroid camera. This logo was designed by Kevin Systrom.

• 2016 Redesign: In 2016, Instagram underwent a radical change. It switched to a more minimalist and abstract design. The new logo featured a camera icon using a gradient of rainbow colors. This change aimed to show that Instagram was more than just a photo-sharing app, but a community and experience platform.

• 2022 Refresh: In 2022, Instagram updated its logo slightly. The biggest change was making the gradient colors more vibrant and brighter. This update made the logo look more modern and energetic. They also introduced a new font called Instagram Sans.
